Attorney Vitaliano Aguirre made Senator Miriam Defensor foamed in the mouth again when the prosecutor was caught  covering  his ears while the feisty senator  is making a stand. Senator Jinggoy Estrada  called  his attention and  told him that it is a sign of disrespect.

Senator Defensor-Santiago  then blurted out..."You cannot  make those contemptuous gestures and get away with it!"

"This is the first time I've experienced in my 40 years of practice that judge lectures lawyers. This is just not right!" Aguirre pointed out.
