Yesterday I happened to pass by Cainta Gymnasium...correct me if am wrong here. Saw some people whom houses for sure were ruined by Ondoy still there as evacuees. With the christmasy air they still look withdrawn and reticent. My heart goes to them because at least we have managed to gather ourselves from whatever Ondoy left us. We're still luckier than others. I just hope the local government of Cainta share a little to those people who are less fortunate. They gathered outside the gym washing their clothes, taking a bath there without a strand of privacy and saw a very big plastic blue tank that serves as a cistern where water is available for the victims.

Brewing: Level 4 alert status
Well...ganyan talaga ang buhay.

Franklin Roosevelt once said.
"Educate & inform the whole mass of the people for they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty!"
Funny signature!
Lawl...naaliw naman ako sa attached signature ng isang comment sa news stream na binabasa ko...sometimes we need to laugh...kahit serious ang tema natin! :)
"practice makes perfect, but nobody's perfect... so why practice? duh?!"

Strong-willed
"What is glory without a family!"
Mabuhay kayo!

Martial Law on Maguindanao: A good faith error?
MDS says: I am also voting to revoke because at present the president already possesses sufficient power to meet the emergencies raised by the Maguindanao massacre. She is already commander-in-chief; if you are commander-in-chief, you just go down the line and hit on the head with the butt of your rifle every general you can and say “Why don’t you do your proper jobs?”, “Why do I have to do this?”, “Why did you ever allow the situation to develop into critical proportions?”. Ano sila, mga duwag? Takot silang lahat eh. Either takot sila o binayaran sila.
Nasa tao yun kung gusto mong itama ang mali o manatiling mali ka for your own personal gain.
Filipino's will never grow tired of hoping for the best to come!
Never Gonna Give You Up!
I love MDS!
An excerpt only [Transcript of Sen. Santiago's interview after filing her certificate of candidacy with the Comelec - 27 November 2009]
The act of massacre is in effect steeping with impunity in the face of the rule of law. Can you imagine that in the 21st Century, someone has the mentality to prepare well in advance the murder of at least 57 people and the destruction of several vehicles and expects to get away with impunity without any criminal liability? This is Neanderthal brutality. We could accept it if it happened among cave people or among cavemen. But we cannot accept that it has happened in the 21st century.
In case of doubt, because of the beastly manner in which the clan has perpetuated, I think that the better choice should be between two crimes, the higher crime, or the bigger crime should be written in the complaint. Anyway, there’s nothing binding about tagging it as a case of multiple murders of war because the prosecution is always free to amend the complaint even without authority by the judge before the accused enter his plea.
And also, I wish to emphasize that not only the principal suspect should be treated as principals in the crime of terrorism but also the members of the police and perhaps of the military. Under the Anti-Terrorism Act or the Human Security Act of 2007, they should already have conducted surveillance because even the civilians knew of the impending catastrophic disaster. They should have followed the law and made a written application to a certain division of the Court of Appeals to be given authority to set aside the anti-wiretapping law. They could have conducted surveillance including tapping the wires of the suspects and they could have prevented this massacre. They actually deferred to do so. Everybody knew about it except perhaps these policemen. If I were a doctor, I would charge them with being blind, deaf, and mute, but you see they are not, so they should be immediately investigated for their own criminal liability and not just preventive suspension—for what?! the people are dead!—for failing to comply with their duties under law, for failing to provide surveillance since it was already widespread knowledge in the entire province that people were going to die, and in fact, that they were going to the first backhoe massacre in the history of the world. They should have immediately taken the complaint to the Court of Appeals and simply file a written application.
That is a suspicion that cannot be avoided. As a former RTC judge, I have to remind myself and the public that we must keep an open mind because everyone enjoys a presumption of innocence. But since there were already intimations particularly from the Ampatuan clan that they were going to do something drastic not only with the safety but also with the lives of their political opponents, it was incumbent upon the police and the military to have stopped this impending catastrophe. If they had only done their job I think those people, if it were not a crime, should be made to stand and watch as a backhoe digs a grave for all these military.

Another True Heroe [Time Magazine 2009 Top 10 Heroes]
Muelmar Magallanes, was a construction worker at the age of 18 who braved the surging flood water during the height of Typhoon Ondoy... was given an award but he wasn't anywhere to receive it because he was found dead after saving many lives during the Ondoy flashflood. Believed to have had saved more than 30 people, young and old...but unluckily...got too tired, soaked and shivering, he then was swept away by the torrents of heavy rain and surging floodwater. The mother welled, and with heavy heart received the award for his son. Neighbors found his body together with 28 others who perished from that strong epic flood.
Time also cited Afghan journalist Sultan Munadi, banker Leonard Abess, activist Tan Zuoren, University of California police officers Lisa Campbell and Ally Jacobs, civilian police officers Kimberley Munley and Mark Todd, Mike Perham, Neda Agha-Soltan, ship captain Richard Phillips who escaped from Somali pirates, and pilot Capt. Chesley Sullenberger who landed his crippled jetliner safely in the Hudson River in New York City.
Just like a sword!
"The president is not a part of the solution, she's part of the problem...she is the problem" - What a brave statement coming from a brave person that he is. Such honorable personality like that of Bello wowed the televiewers watching the news like me for his boldness, but honestly his opinion is quite right in time.
One time, I browsed Bello's CV...and I was greatly surprised, couldn't help but admire this person for that outstanding achievements and enormous participation [mostly being invited as speaker] around the world. To this I bow...and bow. I wonder if he has any political plans and why not?

ohayou! [good morning] and arigato gosai masu [thank you] also for that short message. your blog makes sense indeed the reason why i chose to be a member. there's something in me that i hardly express and via your sites i hope i can share my piece also. For that... Kudoz! we can make this country well and conducive if only people in their posts have enough conscience and faith in the Lord...what money can do to some people...is inevitable. imagine lahat ng pananalapi natin na naibubulsa ng magagaling natin opisyales...we're talking 'bout billions of pesos here. sana makita nila yung paghihirap ng iba nating kababayan...it's scary sometimes na we elected pala some goons with killer instincts. beast on the loose wearing sheepskin. my god...some people are...
so, when i saw the way how japanese live their lives there...i grew sad and disgusted with the way a lot of people in my own country live like rats...there i saw my japanese friends and okasan [mother] and many others who live in a decent way where hunger is nowhere to be found, eating sumptuous meal with strict balanced diet...and lots of fruits jumbled on the table, my heart cried in pain...

Punish the killers...
Matagal na tayong nakikipaglaban for some justice...but nothing doing i guess, all we need is to hone down or much so to snuff the greed of power in the government, so to stop corruption...but how? always a failure ...i wonder why and how they become evil while serving the nation...like what happened in mindanao. why are they keeping such huge arsenal...what for? to kill their rival? and what happen to the media's immunity against this act? ang walang habas na pagpatay ay isang gawain ng isang mala-demonyong isipan at hindi makatao. dapat wala rerun, pagnaserve na ang term ng opisyal tama na...dahil inaari nila ang bansa...akala nila isa na silang diyos. pag may clinging ...tyak andun ang masamang intensyon ng isang pamunuan. they'll work their a#s up to stay, at any cost! their behavior is a clear cut example of megalomania or delusions of grandeur...dapat siguro all officials who will run should be examined thoroughly first by a dang good shrink before they file their COC, lest everything will just [always] fall into the ruts...all rats!
They put themselves up the river without paddles...
If they are the real culprits [if they are proven beyond any reasonable doubt] behind the gruesome Mindanao carnage...they are in big big trouble. That is, if fair and due justice is [will be] served. Too many hands ruined the plan and thus deliberately upset their applecart. Too many evidences were left gleaned by authorities after they scampered away and gone hiding with clipped wings. Now some are questioning the declaration of Martial Law in Mindanao. Was it another too late the hero or an overkill? Which is which...but we cannot turn back the hands of time and bring back the lives of those poor victims who suffered a lot in the hands of their executioner. That was grim and grisly way of meeting death head on.

The Point of No Return

"If Mohammed cannot go to the mountain..."
If Mohammed cannot go to the mountain...bring the mountain to Mohhamed"

A clean-cut case of Guns, Goons and Gold?!
Am very vocal that I practically hate politics because in my own point of view it's like a central stage or a field full of hypocrisy not to generalize it [kawawa naman yung may tunay at wagas na intensyon...sana they thrive pa]. It's full of conflicting ideas. Full of constructive [well...] as much as destructive criticisms in order to bolster their own. Wouldn't it be possible for the public officials to be working together for the sake of their people who elected them and put them to their mighty posts? Why is it so impossible if they work hand in hand to the betterment of the country we loved so much? Life is so short so let us not waste every minute of it, lest you want our country to be doomed to hostility and possible famine and poverty. It's nearly to happen or it is happening now?
Like what is happening now in Maguindanao. The gruesome massacre investigation stirred up a hornet's nest. What kind of human soul they've got to have done this mass killing? Imagine those people unarmed, expecting nothing but their desire to serve their people in their own little way, but have had met their final hours without a hint that they will be whipped up to death. Poor souls. The media's immunity has narrowed down and they might be losing this in the end. This sorrowful hours in the hand of the culprits whoever they are, is just condemnable in the eyes of God and the people too. There's no way to compensate the sorrow brought by this event. I myself want to express my condolences to the people who are in harrowing sorrow and misfortune. It is not too much to honestly say that while doing this post I'm teary-eyed because Christmas is just around the corner and am so sure they were planning it also with a bang. Now the scenario is...their family will be spending it in gray and with daggers in their hearts. I wonder how they gonna spend the season. Really, my heart goes with the bereaved family of the victims. May their souls rest in peace.

Mother's lament
Sa launching ng kanyang nobelang Warriors of Heaven na ginanap sa CCP, nagsalita ang ina ni Jason na "I say if you are guilty I beg you with all my heart to surrender and face this" "If you are guilty then I have accepted your death." I just hope...dahil kung magkagayon man, ano pa ang ating aasahan?

My old new site...
TRUE COLOR is back!
Yup! Actually this is a spin off...or say a quick offshoot of my 1st and original True Color, which was hacked so many months or a year ago na. Since I have had no idea why I couldn't personally log in every time I tried to...now am quite sure why. There's a reason of course. I cannot tell why or how it's done. I don't know how to retrieve it so I made this one. I love every blog I created and I couldn't possibly ignore not to make some repair to salvage it. So here it is!
If you want to see the first part of this just go to my primary site and click the True Colors just above my posts. And you're there in just one click. Use this...Cakes and ale
